You can afford an event with us. 80 person capacity.

Our catering menu is filled with our personal recipes, handed down through generations, and brought to life in a beautiful fashion. Once you savor the sweet, robust, infusion of flavors on our menu, we’re sure, you too, will be a fan of Sweet Magnolia’s.

Add an additional 18% gratuity & 6% sales tax


20% deposit of total balance, minimum deposit $250 (non-refundable)


50% paid within 30 days of event date


Paid in full within 7 days of event date


$500 Room Rental (includes chair covers table linen, napkins ,sashes or runners, centerpieces & card box ) any additional Linens

8-14 days prior to event: 25% total penalty


3-7 days prior to event: 50% penalty


1-2 days of event: no refund


Penalty is applied to invoice total (minus gratuity)


Gratuity 100% refundable upon cancellation


If event is cancelled & not rescheduled within 90 days funds will be forfeited automatically

All linen provided by Lyndsey’s Linen & Chair Covers


You supply your own Liquor / Wine / Mixers.


Sweet Magnolia’s will supply set up for bar, ice, cups, glasses & condiments


Bartending Fee $150 | Wine only fee $75

Mich. Liquor Laws

Governs that when BYOB Alcohol is brought into any rental hall for guest consumption,alcohol can not be sold,and any opened bottles of alcohol can not leave the premises,the only exception is the re-corking of wine must be properly corked.
